Exhicon Events Media Solutions reported strong audited results for FY25. Consolidated revenue from operations rose to ₹14,351.22 lakhs from ₹8,845.89 lakhs in FY24, a jump of about 62%. Consolidated profit after tax (after minority interest) nearly doubled to ₹2,599.72 lakhs from ₹1,308.03 lakhs. On a standalone basis, revenue grew to ₹6,967.17 lakhs (from ₹4,118.22 lakhs) and PAT rose to ₹1,210.25 lakhs (from ₹630.78 lakhs). Basic EPS (consolidated) climbed to ₹20.06 from ₹10.09. Statutory auditor Piyush Kothari & Associates issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. The company also issued 34.10 lakh convertible warrants at ₹315 each to raise funds for expansion and acquisitions, and paid a dividend of ₹129.62 lakhs.
Strong topline growth and nearly doubled profits signal healthy business momentum and improved profitability for shareholders. The clean audit opinion, positive operating cash flow, and successful fund-raising via warrants are supportive factors, though minority interest has risen sharply, indicating increased contribution from subsidiaries.
