Exhicon Events Media Solutions reported strong consolidated results for H1 FY26 (Apr-Sep 2025). Revenue from operations jumped to ₹10,260.94 lakhs from ₹6,263.16 lakhs in H1 FY25, a growth of about 64% year-on-year. Profit after tax (after minority interest) rose sharply to ₹2,095.43 lakhs from ₹983.02 lakhs, more than doubling YoY, with basic EPS of ₹12.99 vs ₹7.58 earlier. Operating margins also improved, with PBT margin expanding to about 24% from 21%. On the standalone side, revenue grew to ₹3,813.08 lakhs and PAT to ₹727.65 lakhs. The company also announced cancellation of its planned acquisition of Impulse B2B Solution & Associates due to non-achievement of milestones, but stated this would not materially impact financials (only ~10% of consideration was spent).
Strong topline and bottomline growth with margin expansion suggests healthy operational momentum, likely to be viewed positively by investors. The scrapped Impulse acquisition removes a pending overhang, though the 10% sunk cost is a minor negative. Overall, results are supportive of a positive short-term stock reaction.
