On the reaction day the stock moved 4.1 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 3.7 pts more than its Heavy Electrical Equipment peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Board approved unaudited Q2 and H1 FY26 results for period ended Sep 30, 2025. Limited review report from Khandelwal Jain and Co was clean with no qualifications. Standalone revenue grew more than 50 percent year on year with profit after tax in positive territory. Consolidated revenue also expanded sharply, but the company stayed in net loss on a consolidated basis, dragged down by subsidiaries including Tritium operations. Operating cash flows were negative on both bases for the half year.
Strong topline growth is encouraging, but consolidated bottomline is still in loss and operating cash flows are negative. Watch subsidiary turnaround.
