Exicom Tele-Systems posted Q1 FY27 standalone revenue of Rs 236.83 cr, up 57% YoY from Rs 150.66 cr. Standalone PAT swung to Rs 4.92 cr profit from Rs 7.75 cr loss YoY. Consolidated revenue rose 61% to Rs 331.07 cr but consolidated PAT stayed negative at Rs 73.57 cr loss. EV Charger segment posted Rs 68.6 cr loss at consolidated level. Auditor Khandelwal Jain issued unmodified review report. Entire IPO proceeds of Rs 400 cr now fully utilised.
Strong standalone turnaround with revenue and profit recovery, but consolidated losses persist due to overseas EV Charger business weakness.
