Exide Industries posted Q3 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 4,030 cr, up 4.7% YoY, with PAT of Rs 258 cr, up 5% YoY. EBITDA margin held at 11.7%. Auto OEM grew 25% plus while exports fell on tariff headwinds. The company has zero debt. Board approved further investment of up to Rs 1,400 cr in subsidiary EESL for the lithium-ion cell plant. An exceptional item of Rs 9.04 cr was booked for the new Labour Codes impact.
Steady Q3 with strong auto OEM growth, zero debt, and Rs 1,400 cr EESL investment. Watch export weakness and raw material costs.
