Exide Industries reported audited standalone revenue of Rs. 17,269 crore for FY26, up 4.1% YoY from Rs. 16,588 crore. Profit after tax stood at Rs. 1,111 crore versus Rs. 1,077 crore in FY25, reflecting ~3.2% growth. Q4 standalone revenue was Rs. 4,551 crore (up 9.4% YoY) with PAT at Rs. 312 crore. The Board recommended a dividend of Rs. 2 per share (200% on face value Re. 1), with record date July 3, 2026. An exceptional item of Rs. 9.04 crore was recorded due to the new labour codes impact. Auto OEM business grew 25%+ YoY in Q4. EBITDA margin improved by ~50 bps YoY to 11.7%. The company's EESL subsidiary invested Rs. 600 crore in Q4 (total FY26: Rs. 1,500 crore). Auditors BSR & Co.
