Expleo Solutions reported standalone revenue from operations of ₹10,247.96 million for FY25, up about 6.2% from ₹9,648.70 million in FY24. Standalone profit after tax rose to ₹953.44 million from ₹811.00 million, a growth of roughly 17.6%. Q4 FY25 standalone PAT jumped to ₹288.81 million versus ₹167.33 million in Q4 FY24, aided by a one-time exceptional gain of ₹95.71 million from the liquidation of its Dubai subsidiary Expleo Solutions FZE. On a consolidated basis, FY25 PAT was ₹1,032.43 million versus ₹904.39 million in FY24, with operating cash flow remaining healthy at ₹1,794.21 million. Statutory auditor Deloitte Haskins & Sells issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results, noting this is their first year as auditor since the prior year was audited by a different firm. The company also set up a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Expleo Solutions Arabia Limited, in Saudi Arabia during the year.
Clean audit opinion with steady revenue and profit growth signals stable operations. The exceptional gain and absence of any restatement or qualifications are positive for shareholders, though the underlying profit growth excluding the one-time item is more modest.
