Faalcon Concepts reported strong top-line growth for FY25, with revenue from operations rising to ₹2,875.24 lakhs from ₹1,851.18 lakhs a year earlier, a jump of about 55%. Net profit grew to ₹267.32 lakhs versus ₹202.98 lakhs, up roughly 32%, translating to an EPS of ₹3.99. The balance sheet expanded sharply, with total assets more than doubling to ₹3,903.06 lakhs, supported by inventories of ₹1,170.15 lakhs and trade receivables of ₹1,355.73 lakhs. However, operating cash flow stayed deeply negative at -₹672.92 lakhs (vs -₹300.60 lakhs last year), and the company relied on fresh equity infusion of about ₹1,209 lakhs (share capital plus premium) to fund expansion. The auditor issued an unmodified (clean) opinion.
Profitability looks healthy and growth is impressive, but the persistent negative operating cash flow and reliance on equity raises to fund working capital and capex could concern investors. Shareholders should watch whether the company can convert its rapid sales growth into actual cash generation going forward.
