Consolidated Q2 FY27 revenue was Rs 9,208.76 lakh, up 23% from Rs 7,498.41 lakh, while net profit fell 47% to Rs 1,502.48 lakh (EPS Rs 3.38). Half-year revenue rose 37% to Rs 16,707.17 lakh but profit slipped 12% to Rs 1,923.51 lakh. A Rs 835.25 lakh exceptional gain on selling its TSA stake supported profit. Operating cash flow was negative Rs 4,114.28 lakh. Review report was unmodified.
Revenue growth is strong, but profit fell and relied on a one-off sale gain, with negative operating cash flow a concern.
