Fairchem Organics Q2 FY26 revenue stood at Rs 111.52 crore, down 19.5% YoY from Rs 138.62 crore. H1 FY26 revenue fell about 20% to Rs 242.59 crore versus Rs 303.55 crore. Profit after tax plunged roughly 89% YoY in H1 to Rs 1.95 crore from Rs 17.86 crore, with EBITDA margins compressed sharply. Auditor B S R and Co gave an unmodified limited review. Board also announced CFO and Company Secretary Rajen Jhaveri's retirement on Nov 14, 2025, with Bhavesh Shah (ex-Arvind) named new CFO and Jatin Jain as Company Secretary from Nov 15.
Sharp YoY profit fall and margin compression may weigh on the stock; CFO transition is a notable change worth watching.
