FDC reported unaudited consolidated Q2 FY27 revenue of Rs 572.14 crore, up 21% year on year, and profit after tax of Rs 49.06 crore, up 73%. H1 revenue rose 11% to Rs 1,239.83 crore and profit after tax rose 21% to Rs 181.55 crore. Net operating cash flow was Rs 251.26 crore, versus negative Rs 1.94 crore last year. Limited review was unmodified. The Board also approved a buyback of up to 24 lakh shares at Rs 500 each, capped at Rs 120 crore.
Positive as profit and cash flow improved; the buyback may support shareholder returns. It will use cash, while H1 revenue growth was modest.
