Fedbank's unaudited Q2 FY26 profit was Rs 80.15 crore versus Rs 64.55 crore, up 24.2%, while operating revenue rose 3.3% to Rs 535.38 crore. H1 profit was Rs 155.16 crore. The auditor found no material misstatement. Earnings included Rs 17.20 crore of provision reversals on non-performing asset sales. Gross and net non-performing asset ratios were 1.90% and 1.30%. Related-party disclosures were included.
Profit growth is positive but aided by one-time reversals, while revenue rose 3.3%. Lower debt-to-equity and good asset quality offer support.
