Federal-Mogul Goetze (India) reported FY2025-26 standalone revenue of ₹1,92,412 lakhs, up 8.8% from ₹1,76,929 lakhs in FY2024-25. Profit after tax stood at ₹16,891 lakhs versus ₹15,979 lakhs, representing 5.7% growth. On a consolidated basis, revenue was ₹1,95,840 lakhs with PAT of ₹17,800 lakhs, up 4.8% YoY. The company posted an exceptional charge of ₹1,735 lakhs (standalone) and ₹1,753 lakhs (consolidated) due to provisioning for new Labour Codes notified by the Government of India. EBITDA margins showed slight expansion year-on-year. The statutory auditor Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP issued an unmodified (clean) audit opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. Cash flow from operations was strong at ₹31,123 lakhs for the year.
The results show steady operational growth with margin improvement, though revenue and PAT growth rates are modest. The clean audit opinion and strong operating cash flows are positives for shareholders. The exceptional labour code provision is a one-time charge without impact on ongoing operations.
