Federal-Mogul Goetze (India) Limited's board, at its meeting on August 11, 2025, approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Standalone revenue from operations rose to ₹475.34 crore from ₹435.43 crore in Q1 FY25, up about 9.2%. Standalone profit after tax grew to ₹41.43 crore from ₹33.78 crore, a 22.7% jump. On a consolidated basis, revenue stood at ₹483.67 crore and PAT at ₹45.15 crore, up 21.5% year-on-year. Standalone EPS came in at ₹7.45 versus ₹6.07, while consolidated EPS was ₹7.77 versus ₹6.38. Auditor Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP issued an unmodified (clean) review report on both sets of results. The board also cleared the notice for the 70th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 29, 2025, along with the FY25 board report.
Healthy double-digit PAT growth and margin expansion in Q1 FY26 are positive for shareholders. The clean auditor report and absence of any flagged concerns should support investor sentiment heading into the AGM in September.
