Federal-Mogul Goetze posted Q2 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 481.28 crore, up about 5.7% from Rs 455.30 crore a year ago. Standalone profit after tax rose 28.3% to Rs 51.42 crore from Rs 40.09 crore, with EPS at Rs 9.24 versus Rs 7.21. For the half year, standalone PAT grew 25.7% to Rs 92.85 crore. On a consolidated basis, Q2 PAT was Rs 51.31 crore, up 26.1% YoY. The board approved results on 11 November 2025 and Deloitte Haskins and Sells LLP issued an unmodified limited review report. Business remains concentrated in auto components across India and overseas.
Strong double-digit PAT growth on steady revenue signals healthy operating performance and may lift near-term sentiment.
