Federal-Mogul Goetze (India) reported Q3 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 486.5 cr, up 14.3% from Rs 425.5 cr a year ago. Nine-month revenue grew 9.6% to Rs 1,443 cr. Standalone Q3 PAT was nearly flat at Rs 27.8 cr versus Rs 27.4 cr, while 9M PAT rose about 19% to Rs 120.6 cr. The company booked a Rs 14.9 cr exceptional charge for the new labour codes notified in November 2025; excluding this, standalone PBT grew 35.7%. Consolidated results showed similar trends. Auditor Deloitte gave an unmodified review.
Strong top-line growth but Q3 PAT muted by one-time labour code charge. Underlying operations healthy; margins to watch in coming quarters.
