Fervent Synergies Ltd reported strong unaudited results for Q2 FY26, with revenue from operations rising to Rs. 68.40 lakhs from Rs. 38.87 lakhs in the same quarter last year, a jump of about 76%. Net profit for the quarter surged to Rs. 43.35 lakhs from Rs. 3.74 lakhs, while EPS stood at Rs. 0.09 versus Rs. 0.01 earlier. For the half year, revenue nearly doubled to Rs. 136.65 lakhs and net profit rose to Rs. 81.61 lakhs from Rs. 10.92 lakhs. Almost all revenue and profit came from the finance and investment segment, while the food trading business contributed nil revenue as it is seasonal. Operating cash flow was negative at Rs. -473 lakhs, though investing activities brought in Rs. 480 lakhs. Auditor S. H. Dama & Associates issued an unqualified limited review report.
Strong earnings growth driven primarily by the finance/investment segment is positive for shareholders, though dependence on a single segment and negative operating cash flow are points to watch. The expansion of equity capital from Rs. 3,000 lakhs to Rs. 5,000 lakhs reflects capital infusion via convertible warrants issued earlier.
