Financial Result for the 31st December 2021
Awaiting price reaction for this filing.
Bharati Defence and Infrastructure Ltd has submitted its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2021, as part of a broader effort to file all historical results from June 2017 to March 2024 after the company emerged from liquidation. The company was under CIRP from FY 2015-16 to FY 2019-20, followed by liquidation from FY 2019-20 until January 2025, when new management took control. The statutory audit for FY 2021-22 was never conducted due to missing documentation. For Q3 FY22, revenue from operations was just Rs. 13.81 lakhs (down sharply from Rs. 74.50 lakhs a year earlier), while the company posted a net loss of Rs. 1,191.72 lakhs for the quarter and Rs. 3,623.80 lakhs for the nine-month period. Reserves are deeply negative at Rs. (5,12,687.61) lakhs, and the new auditor explicitly disclaimed any review conclusion, citing inability to perform a proper review.
These results reflect a company in severe financial distress that has only recently emerged from liquidation. Shareholders should note massive accumulated losses, negligible revenue, and the absence of an audit or review assurance — meaning the numbers carry very low reliability. The stock remains highly speculative and suitable only for investors with high risk tolerance.
