Gold Coin Health Foods Limited has submitted its unaudited Q3 FY26 results. Revenue from operations for the quarter stood at Rs 2.44 lakhs, up from Rs 1.72 lakhs in Q3 FY25 (about 42% growth). For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue was Rs 6.49 lakhs versus Rs 4.64 lakhs in the prior period. However, the company reported a net loss of Rs 6.06 lakhs in Q3 (wider than Rs 2.68 lakhs loss a year ago), while the nine-month loss narrowed to Rs 3.40 lakhs from Rs 13.42 lakhs. The auditor (VSSB & Associates) issued an unqualified limited review report. Notably, reserves remain deeply negative at Rs (198.32) lakhs, and the company completed a share capital reduction and consolidation of shares (Rs 5 face value into Rs 10 face value), effective December 11, 2025.
Despite revenue growth, persistent losses and negative reserves signal serious financial weakness and possible going concern issues, which could weigh on shareholder confidence. The share consolidation reduces outstanding shares but doesn't fix underlying profitability problems.
