G R Infraprojects Limited announced audited standalone and consolidated results for Q4 FY25 and the full year ended 31 March 2025. Standalone revenue from operations grew approximately 29% YoY to around ₹10,21,000 lakhs, while profit after tax rose about 36% to roughly ₹1,38,000 lakhs. Reported PAT was sharply boosted by exceptional gains totalling over ₹6,300 crore from the sale of road-project subsidiaries — GR Phagwara Expressway, GR Aligarh Kanpur Highways, and GR Bengaluru Bellary Highways — to its related party Indore Infra Trust. This was partly offset by an exceptional loss of around ₹100 crore booked in Indore Infra Trust on a transmission project. The Board recommended a dividend of ₹5 per share and approved the re-appointment of two directors (one Whole-time, one Independent) for five-year terms from April 2026. Statutory auditors SRBC & Co LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results, with an Emphasis of Matter flag on an ongoing employee-related matter that is sub-judice at the Gauhati High Court.
Headline earnings growth is largely driven by one-time asset monetisation to a related-party InvIT rather than core operations, so investors should look at underlying operating profitability separately. The clean audit with a single emphasis note is broadly reassuring, but the pending High Court matter is worth monitoring.
