Fine Organics submitted its FY2025-26 annual report with AGM scheduled for August 18, 2026 via video conferencing. Revenue rose about 3.2 percent to Rs 2,276 Crore, but EBITDA fell to Rs 411 Crore (margin compressed to 18.10 percent from 21.8 percent) and PAT declined to Rs 346 Crore from Rs 390 Crore. The company remained debt-free with net cash position, and continued global capacity expansion including a US facility and a Rs 750 Crore SEZ project in India.
Revenue stable but profitability under pressure with EBITDA and PAT declining; debt-free balance sheet supports ongoing expansion plans.
