Fineotex Chemical's Q1 FY27 consolidated results show strong growth. Total income rose to Rs. 38,672 lakhs from Rs. 14,622 lakhs YoY (up 164.48%). Operational EBITDA climbed to Rs. 5,914 lakhs from Rs. 2,520 lakhs (up about 135%). PAT grew to Rs. 4,821 lakhs from Rs. 2,503 lakhs (up 92.61%). Volume grew 131% YoY and ROIC stood at 33%. Standalone revenue declined to Rs. 8,515 lakhs from Rs. 9,826 lakhs though PAT edged up. Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.05 per share for FY26. Auditors gave an unqualified limited review report.
Strong consolidated growth, mainly from subsidiaries, should boost sentiment. However, EBITDA and PAT margins compressed, and standalone business remains weak.
