Fino Payments Bank's September 2025 quarter income fell 12.2% year on year to Rs 400.05 crore and net profit dropped 27.4% to Rs 15.35 crore. Half-year income declined 4.3% to Rs 853.52 crore and profit fell 27.1% to Rs 33.11 crore. Capital adequacy rose to 77.19% from 75.20%. Bilimoria Mehta audited the half year; predecessor A P Sanzgiri reviewed the June quarter. No qualification was reported.
Weaker profit may weigh on the stock, though stronger capital and deposits provide support. The mid-year auditor change is a risk to monitor.
