Finolex Cables has fixed Friday, 5th September 2025 as the record date to identify shareholders entitled to receive the dividend for FY2024-25. The Board had earlier recommended a dividend of Rs. 8 per equity share (400%), which is now subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 57th Annual General Meeting.
