First creditors committee meeting held; resolution professional appointed

Sun Granite Export is undergoing the corporate insolvency resolution process. The first meeting of the Committee of Creditors was held on 3 September 2025 via video conferencing. The committee approved the remuneration of the Interim Resolution Professional, confirmed the IRP as Resolution Professional, and fixed the RP's remuneration. Other procedural matters were also discussed.
