Q1 FY27 consolidated revenue at Rs 27,518 million, up 22.9% YoY. EBIT rose 34.8% YoY to Rs 3,367 million (12.4% margin). Reported PAT dipped slightly to Rs 1,659 million from Rs 1,693 million YoY due to a Rs 717 million exceptional charge tied to a contract termination and a customer regulatory penalty. Adjusted PAT (ex exceptionals) stood at Rs 2,222 million. Diluted EPS at Rs 2.36. Auditors issued an unmodified opinion. FY27 revenue guidance retained at 10 to 13 percent in constant currency terms.
Strong revenue and EBIT growth with margin expansion; one-off exceptional charge drags reported PAT. FY27 outlook retained.
