Firstsource reported Q1 FY27 consolidated revenue of Rs 27,518 million, up 22.9 percent YoY from Rs 22,209 million. Net profit was Rs 1,659 million versus Rs 1,693 million prior year, slightly lower due to a Rs 717 million one-off charge covering a client contract termination and regulatory penalty indemnification. Adjusted PAT was Rs 2,222 million at 8.2 percent margin. EBIT grew 34.8 percent to Rs 3,367 million at 12.4 percent margin. All four segments grew YoY, led by Banking and Financial Services. Auditors gave an unmodified opinion. FY27 guidance of 10 to 13 percent constant currency revenue growth and 12.25 to 12.75 percent EBIT margin was reiterated.
Strong revenue and margin gains continue; reported PAT dipped on one-offs but adjusted profit and outlook remain positive.
