Firstsource Solutions reported strong consolidated results for Q2 FY26. Revenue from operations grew to ₹23,146.95 mn, up nearly 20% YoY from ₹19,326.12 mn in Q2 FY25. Half-yearly revenue rose 22% to ₹45,356.29 mn. Consolidated net profit after tax jumped about 30% YoY to ₹1,795.13 mn in Q2, and 27.6% to ₹3,488.38 mn for H1 FY26. Diluted EPS stood at ₹2.54 for the quarter and ₹4.95 for the half year. The board also approved a strategic minority investment in Applied AI, the appointment of Ms. Jagriti Bhattacharya as EVP and General Counsel, and a scheme of merger to amalgamate two wholly-owned subsidiaries (FPMSL and Accunai) into FSL. Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP issued an unmodified audit opinion.
Strong topline and bottomline growth, with margins expanding as profit growth outpaced revenue growth. The AI investment and subsidiary consolidation signal a focus on operational efficiency and strategic capability building, which should be viewed positively by shareholders.
