On the reaction day the stock moved 12.8 pts more than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 13.2 pts more than its Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
For the September 2025 quarter, total income was Rs 80,650.23 lakh and net profit Rs 28,613.81 lakh, versus Rs 26,631.16 lakh profit in June 2025. Half year profit rose to Rs 55,244.97 lakh from Rs 51,950.70 lakh; basic EPS was Rs 18.76 versus Rs 17.76. Auditor review was unmodified. However, operating cash outflow was Rs 14,349.17 lakh, impairment charges rose to Rs 9,882.20 lakh, and gross Stage 3 ratio rose to 2.64% from 1.79%.
Profit growth is modest and the clean audit is a positive, but rising Stage 3 loans, higher impairment and cash outflow may pressure the stock.
