Flex Foods Ltd reported total revenue of Rs 19,005 Lacs for FY26, up 28% from Rs 14,860 Lacs in FY25. Despite strong top-line growth, the company posted a net loss of Rs 3,179 Lacs (vs Rs 3,250 Lacs in FY25), a loss before tax of Rs 4,212 Lacs, and negative other equity of Rs 323 Lacs. Total borrowings stand at Rs 30,665 Lacs (non-current Rs 21,383 Lacs + current Rs 9,282 Lacs) against total equity of just Rs 922 Lacs. Finance costs of Rs 2,543 Lacs are a major drain. Operating cash flow was negative at Rs 443 Lacs for the year. Statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion confirming clean financial statements. The Board also approved re-appointment of one Independent Director and appointment of another, both subject to shareholder approval at the July 2026 AGM.
Flex Foods is deeply loss-making with negative equity and extremely high leverage (debt-to-equity ~33x). Revenue growth is positive but profitability remains elusive due to heavy interest burden and cost pressures. The stock is likely to remain under pressure unless operations turn around decisively.
