Flomic Global Logistics reported weak Q2 FY26 results with revenue from operations falling to Rs. 113.72 crore from Rs. 136.51 crore in Q2 FY25, a decline of about 17%. For the half year, revenue dropped to Rs. 215.10 crore vs Rs. 247.33 crore last year, down around 13%. The company swung to a loss of Rs. 1.01 crore in Q2 FY26 compared to a profit of Rs. 1.19 crore in Q2 FY25, and reported a cumulative H1 loss of Rs. 3.99 crore versus a profit of Rs. 63 lakh a year ago. EPS turned negative at Rs. (0.56) for the quarter and Rs. (2.20) for the half year. Auditor Doogar & Associates issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter.
Negative for shareholders — revenue is shrinking, profitability has turned into losses, and retained earnings have eroded from Rs. 28.71 crore (March 25) to Rs. 24.42 crore. Cash balance also dropped sharply from Rs. 10.13 crore to Rs. 5.84 crore, signalling tighter liquidity. The stock may face pressure given the weak operating performance despite a clean audit.
