AGM 2026 results: Re. 0.10 final dividend approved, MOA expansion cleared

Focus Business Solution's 19th AGM held on Sep 28, 2026 saw all 7 resolutions pass. Shareholders approved a final dividend of Re. 0.10 per share for FY ended March 31, 2026. M/s PSSP and Co appointed as statutory auditors for 5 years. Main Object Clause of MOA altered to permit diversification into textile, hospitality, food and beverage, tourism and property development with Rs. 2 crore planned investment. Remuneration of CMD Mr. Mohamedyaseen Nathani and Whole-time Director Mr. Mohamedamin Nathani approved. Voting turnout was about 84.7 percent with no votes against any resolution.
