Focus Business Solution reported FY25 revenue from operations of Rs 2,390.68 lakhs, up about 12% from Rs 2,134.67 lakhs in FY24. Net profit rose roughly 29% to Rs 74.08 lakhs from Rs 57.57 lakhs, with EPS improving to Rs 1.61 from Rs 1.37. The second half (H2) was especially strong: revenue grew about 24% to Rs 1,323.74 lakhs and profit jumped to Rs 57.50 lakhs versus Rs 16.58 lakhs in H1. The balance sheet strengthened with total equity rising to Rs 730.52 lakhs (from Rs 458.68 lakhs), and borrowings fell sharply to Rs 13.90 lakhs from Rs 102.30 lakhs. Operating cash flow turned positive at Rs 116.88 lakhs compared to a negative Rs 107.92 lakhs last year. The statutory auditor (Kansariwala & Chevli) issued an unmodified opinion, and M/s Jariwala and Associates was re-appointed as internal auditor for FY26.
Higher profits, much lower debt, and a swing to positive operating cash flow point to improving financial health, likely to be viewed positively by shareholders. A clean audit report and unchanged auditor add credibility, though the company remains small with revenue under Rs 25 crore.
