On the reaction day the stock moved 7.3 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 7.1 pts more than its Household Appliances peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Consolidated for the quarter ended 30 September 2026, revenue from operations fell 3.1% to Rs 18.12 crore from Rs 18.70 crore and PAT fell 28% to Rs 4.58 crore from Rs 6.33 crore a year earlier. Operating earnings margin rose to 20.4% from 15.3%. Consolidated half-year PAT was Rs 8.18 crore versus Rs 11.19 crore. Rs 50 crore of spending was approved. A 49% associate stake sale for Rs 5.88 lakh to a promoter-group firm is immaterial.
Lower revenue and PAT may weigh on the stock, although the stronger operating margin helps; Rs 50 crore of project spending raises execution risk.
