The shares were pledged by Shapoorji Pallonji and Company Private Limited, and the release was effected on April 28, 2025. After this release, the encumbered (pledged) shares held by Catalyst Trusteeship on behalf of lenders reduced from 3,74,37,172 shares (72.56%) to 3,57,37,172 shares (69.27%) of the company's equity capital. The total equity share capital of the company stands at 5,15,94,464 shares of Rs. 10 each. The disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011.
