Force Motors reported strong FY2025-26 results with standalone revenue of Rs. 9,05,654 lakhs, up 12.2% from Rs. 8,07,123 lakhs in the prior year. Net profit grew to Rs. 1,21,126 lakhs (standalone) and Rs. 1,21,175 lakhs (consolidated), compared to Rs. 79,997 lakhs the previous year, largely aided by Rs. 28,863 lakhs in government incentives. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 50 per equity share (500% on Rs. 10 face value), subject to shareholder approval. Other highlights include an exceptional expense of Rs. 7,739 lakhs due to new labour codes and acquisition of Veera Tanneries for Rs. 16,196 lakhs.
The recommended 500% dividend signals strong cash generation and rewards shareholders. Revenue and profit growth despite one-time labour code charges shows operational resilience, which could be positive for the stock.
