Force Motors reported standalone revenue from operations of ₹2,297 crore in Q1 FY26, up about 22% from ₹1,885 crore in Q1 FY25. Standalone net profit jumped to ₹185 crore from ₹120 crore, a rise of roughly 55% year-on-year, with EPS of ₹140.57 versus ₹90.76 a year ago. Profit before tax (before exceptional items) grew to ₹287 crore from ₹186 crore, while the consolidated net profit came in at ₹176 crore (vs. ₹116 crore), pulled down slightly by a ₹9 crore share of loss from the Force MTU Power Systems joint venture. The company has no exceptional items in this quarter (compared to a ₹395 crore exceptional gain in Q4 FY25), and finance costs are negligible at ₹13 lakh, indicating a virtually debt-free balance sheet. Auditor Kirtane & Pandit LLP issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications.
Strong topline and bottomline growth driven by volume expansion and margin improvement is a positive for shareholders; the stock may see a positive reaction on the back of the 22% revenue growth and over 50% PAT growth alongside expanding margins.
