The board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated Q2 and H1 FY27 results. Consolidated Q2 revenue rose 40.5% to Rs 2,924.66 crore and pre-tax profit rose 24.7% to Rs 395.54 crore, but net profit fell 16.2% to Rs 293.91 crore as the year-ago quarter had a Rs 85.46 crore one-time tax benefit. H1 revenue rose 22.5% to Rs 5,364.67 crore; net profit was Rs 510.50 crore and operating cash flow Rs 759.52 crore. Acquired VTPL was consolidated.
Strong sales and cash flow are positive, but lower profit and weaker profit margins may weigh on the stock; prior-year comparisons are distorted.
