Fortis standalone Q2 FY26 revenue rose 27.6% YoY to Rs 455.81 cr. PAT surged to Rs 125.09 cr from Rs 39.63 cr on a Rs 21.83 cr exceptional gain (reversal of impairment in subsidiaries). H1 FY26 revenue was Rs 888.84 cr, up 28.7%, with PAT at Rs 176.97 cr. Operating margin expanded to 21.92% from 16.77%. Auditor gave unmodified review with emphasis of matter on SFIO probe and pending Supreme Court cases. IHH's mandatory open offer completed November 10.
Strong YoY earnings growth driven by revenue expansion and one-time gain may lift sentiment, though ongoing legal matters remain an overhang.
