Fractal Industries (BSE SME-listed garment sourcing/manufacturing and e-commerce supply chain company) reported audited H1 FY26 results (period ending Sept 30, 2025) approved by the board on March 10, 2026. Standalone revenue from operations rose to Rs. 2,722.18 lakhs (from Rs. 2,468.73 lakhs in H1 FY25), with total income of Rs. 4,725.85 lakhs. Standalone net profit jumped to Rs. 687.35 lakhs (from Rs. 415.80 lakhs, roughly 65% YoY growth), lifting EPS to Rs. 12.32. On a consolidated basis (now including new subsidiary Nested Brands Pvt Ltd, w.e.f. April 26, 2025), revenue was Rs. 4,729.73 lakhs and net profit Rs. 678.04 lakhs; the subsidiary itself posted a small loss of Rs. 16.89 lakhs. Operating cash flow turned positive at Rs. 205.27 lakhs (standalone) versus negative Rs. 531.19 lakhs in FY25. The board also approved incorporating a new wholly-owned subsidiary 'Bishwanath Kashinath Foundation' for CSR/charitable work (flagged as a related-party transaction since the promoter is a director in the proposed entity) and appointed new Secretarial and Internal Auditors. Statutory auditor Keyur Shah & Associates issued a clean, unqualified opinion.
Strong earnings momentum with net profit nearly doubling and operating cash flow turning positive — supportive of the stock, though investors should note the related-party nature of the new CSR subsidiary and that the audited results were finalised about 5 months after the period-end.
