Fraud Alert: Unauthorized Entity Impersonating Company

Tirupati Fincorp Ltd has informed BSE that an unauthorized entity called Tirupati Balaji Finance, based in Jaipur, is impersonating the company and circulating fraudulent loan confirmation letters. The fake letters offer a Rs 12 crore business loan and demand Rs 24,500 in processing fees. The company clarified it has no connection with this entity and is evaluating legal action and approaching law enforcement. Shareholders and the public are advised to verify any communication through official channels before making payments.
