Frontier Capital, an NBFC, reported Q1 FY27 (June 2026) unaudited results. Total revenue from operations fell to about 8.36 lakhs from 29.03 lakhs in Q1 FY26, a sharp drop. The company swung to a profit after tax of around 7.96 lakhs versus a loss of 9.10 lakhs a year earlier. The company disclosed it is taking steps to raise Net Owned Funds to meet RBI minimum capital norms. It has zero outstanding loans or debt. Auditor issued an unqualified review report. Board also approved the FY26 annual report and set the 42nd AGM for 8 September 2026.
RBI NOF compliance is a red flag. Sharp revenue drop is concerning despite a return to profit. Watch AGM for capital plans.
