Promoter Krishan Kumar Aggarwal of Fruition Venture Ltd disclosed under SEBI SAST Reg 29(2) that his stake fell from 36.59 percent to 33.99 percent (down 2.60 percent) after the company allotted 6 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants on 25 June 2026.
