Fujiyama Power Systems reported outstanding Q4 FY26 results with revenue of Rs. 9,008 million, up 87.5% YoY, and PAT of Rs. 1,063 million, up 107.5% YoY. For the full year FY26, revenue reached Rs. 26,545 million (72.3% growth) and EBITDA hit Rs. 4,903 million (97.3% growth), with EBITDA margin expanding to 18.5% from 16.1% in FY25. The company commissioned a 2,000 MW solar panel manufacturing facility at Ratlam and is setting up a 1,200 MW TOPCon cell facility with an investment of ~Rs. 350 crore. Inverter and battery manufacturing lines were delayed due to lithium-ion technology upgrades and geopolitical supply issues but are expected to commission in Q1 and Q2 FY27 respectively. The distribution network expanded to over 8,900 channel partners.
The company delivered near-doubling of revenue and PAT on a full-year basis, with EBITDA margin expansion of 240 basis points, signaling strong operational leverage and improving profitability from backward integration and economies of scale. The expansion into TOPCon cell manufacturing positions it to capture DCR market demand.
