Futura Polyesters responds to BSE on massive delay in filing financial results

Futura Polyesters replied to BSE's notice flagging non-compliance with SEBI LODR Regulation 33 for late submission of financial results. The company blames severe staff shortages in its finance, accounting, and compliance teams for a backlog stretching from September 2020 quarter through March 2025. Board had approved several past results at a June 2026 meeting. Company now plans to disclose all 18 pending quarterly results and upload them on its website, and requests the exchange to lift the existing trading suspension on its shares.
