Future Consumer extends EOI deadline for insolvency resolution applicants

Future Consumer, currently in Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), issued a Corrigendum to Form G on 29 September 2026 extending the EOI submission deadline from 27 September to 12 October 2026. The company, with revenue of just INR 56.22 Lakhs in FY25 and only 3 employees, is seeking resolution applicants. Several subsequent deadlines including resolution plan submission (now 11 December 2026) have also been pushed back.
