Future Consumer receives SFIO notice in Future Retail affairs probe

Future Consumer Limited received a letter from the SFIO Investigating Officer dated 2 Feb 2026. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs had ordered SFIO under Section 212(1)(c) of the Companies Act, 2013 to investigate the affairs of Future Retail Limited and other companies. FCL is among the companies under investigation and has been asked to provide information and records, for which it has sought additional time.
