Future Market Networks posted Q3 FY26 standalone net profit of Rs 220.63 lakhs, down from Rs 628.44 lakhs a year ago. Operating income fell to Rs 2,195.91 lakhs from Rs 2,356.80 lakhs. Finance costs rose 44% to Rs 400.83 lakhs; depreciation more than doubled. 9M FY26 net profit was Rs 684.11 lakhs. The auditor gave an unmodified review but flagged contingent liabilities including a Rs 18,449 lakh Yes Bank demand and a Rs 12.90 crore arbitral award. The company also revised its ESOP 2025 scheme.
Lower profitability and rising finance and depreciation costs are negatives. Ongoing disputes over large contingent liabilities remain a key risk for shareholders.
