Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Future Market Networks posted Q3 FY26 standalone net profit of Rs 220.63 lakhs, down sharply from Rs 628.44 lakhs in Q3 FY25. Revenue dipped to Rs 2,407.25 lakhs versus Rs 2,571.64 lakhs. Nine-month PAT fell to Rs 684.11 lakhs from Rs 9,594.27 lakhs (last year had large exceptional gains). Auditor raised an emphasis of matter on contingent liabilities including INR 184 crore Yes Bank demand and INR 12.90 crore Surana arbitral award. Revised ESOP 2025 also approved.
Lower profits and unresolved disputes over large contingent liabilities could weigh on stock sentiment.
