FY21 results: disclaimer of opinion, Rs 6.38 crore loss, liquidation uncertainty

Net worth was negative Rs 291.96 crore and borrowings Rs 193 crore. The auditor gave a disclaimer of opinion citing missing records, suspected fraud and unpaid statutory dues. Liquidation followed the 2018 insolvency petition; Grow House Agro bought the company in March 2025.
